At a red left turn signal, I stopped but I hit the limit line, so the camera took a picture of me.
I stopped and did not go on until the left arrow turned green. But the camera took a picture of me as soon as I hit the limit line. I just hit it though, and my car is not moving. Will I get a ticket? I’m not sure if this is violation 21453 C. This happened in Daly City, California.

ALSO, if it is not 21453 C, will I still get a ticket FOR NOT STOPPING BEHIND THE LIMIT LINE?

After moving out, my renters (westlake village apartments daly city,ca) are asking for an extra 250 or so. There is no way this is true. There was no damage beyond our security deposit and I need a good negotiation method or rights/demands I can make!
No I’m sorry it’s unclear. I am the renter and Westlake Village Apartments are the landlords basically. They are asking me for more money! I don’t think it’s fair or even necessary to pay extra since there are no damages that could cost over 600 (security deposit 500+250 extra)
Damages such as a dirty carpet, small holes in the wall from hanging pictures! Small basic things that could not have cost that much!

I hear CSULB isn’t in the greatest areas, and the SFSU is technically in Daly City not San Francisco, and it takes 45 min by BART to get to the city.
