I got a a ticket for front window tintd this mornin on the way to work in Daly City, CA. I had the window tinted for my own safety reason, you know how ppl are crazy in breaking windows and take your stuffs from your car. I feel more secure after I tinted my window for the past year. I don’t want to take if off because I am afraid something migh happen to me AGAIN.

I am wondering what happend if I don’t get it remove, can i still go to the court and say “yes” and only pay for the fixed ticket amount? and driving w/ the risk of get pull over again

1. my tinted is not those DARK one, i just have i to prevent homeless….and you can see through clearly if you look through it… i don’t understand why he just pulled me over for that
2. would the judge usually go check or send someone else to do so?
