Today I went to Daly City PD nearby to sign my fix it ticket for no front license plate.
The cop who was signing my ticket looked around my car. First he said
“your tail lights are modified”. I was like they are factory made. He said
no and give me more tickets. And another one for 30% tinted windows.
I got 2 more tickets to erase one ticket. That was funny tho.
And he said ” I would like to see what’s under your hood”. He told me to pop it. He looked at my engine bay for like 10 mins. I have HkS intake and bov upper intercooler pipe. He said ” what’s HKS”. I said ” I just bought it like that so I don’t know”. he asked “what else have done to your car”. I said ” my car is brand new, why would i brake my warranty to mod it”. Today wasn’t a nice day for me. But lucky he didn’t

I drive an Evo 9. That was just harassment for me. I want to file a complaint against that cop.

My tail ligths are just stock manufactured
Obviously the Cop was just hating on import cars .My windows tints aren’t dark and my car is very lightly modified. Then why did he give me a ticket for the stock tail lights? thanks for your answers
